Q. What if I take longer than 120 days to close?
A. Our Guarantee is designed to not time out during a real estate transaction. Coverage is 120 days from the inspection or 90 days from the closing, whichever comes first.
Q. Is there a deductible for claims?
A. No deductibles will be charged for any claim.
Q. Is there an age limit for appliances?
A. No. Appliances that are inspected and have no defects will be covered no matter the age.
Q. Are multi-family homes covered?
A. Yes. Our guarantee applies to residential properties only (up to 4 units).
Q. Are townhouses or condos covered?
A. Yes, but only to the confines of the purchased property. Common areas and HOA issues will not be covered.
Q. Does the guarantee cover vacant homes?
A. This guarantee is void if the property has been vacant for more than 30 days after the closing.
Q. Will my personal information be shared with any third parties?
A. Never. This guarantee is fully backed by us and does not exploit your contact info like others out there.
